Can I order a custom made artwork or ceramic item/service?
Of course! Please send us by email your specific ideas for a custom made artwork or ceramic items and we will check the possibilities of realization with our contributors.     

Can I order an artwork with frame? 

Of course! Tell us your specific requirements and we will send you a specific offer or we can make our suggestions in collaboration with the contributor. 

Can I buy an artwork/edition with passe-partout?

Of course! Let us make you an offer for a museum quality Hahnemühle passe-partout.    

If I order an artwork with frame or passe-partout, is it easy to hang on the wall or do I have to provide for the necessary accessories?

If you order an artwork/edition with frame or passe-partout it is delivered to you complete with the necessary accessories for hanging it on the wall.

Can I ask your team to provide for installation and hanging of the artwork I bought?

Of course! We are happy to assist you with all the work connected with installation and/or hanging of the artwork. Just send us an email with all the necessary information as full address and phone number, floor level, wall material (i.e. plasterboard, massive wood, bricks, concrete  etc.) and, most importantly, in case you chose a big-size artwork, please check the measures of all doors to assure it will go through! We’ve had already some crazy experiences in that regard! 

Shipment & Delivery

How much does the shipment cost?
For deliveries to Germany, EU, European Countries outside EU and UK, the shipment is added automatically to the price of the product when you proceed to checkout (add to cart button); for all other destinations please send an email to ohhh@ohhhsodirect and we will send you a specific offer.

Can I visit you to see the artworks/items I’m interested in in person?
Of course! You are welcome in our big former barn, just a 1-hour drive from Berlin center at Lange Strasse 79, 16818 Karwe (near Neuruppin). Please send us an email so we can arrange an appointment.


How long is the delivery time?
Usually the shipment takes about 10 days, depending on the size, the weight, the location of destination and the shipping company.

What should I do at the moment of delivery?

It is important that you check the package and also the content, to assess if it was damaged during transport. If this is the case, you must write “not accepted due to transport damage” in the delivery note and give package and product back to the shipping agent.Please do not forget to make a photograph of the damage, and send it to us for insurance purposes.
